Washer
leaks during a spin cycle-
This is usually caused by a faulty drain hose. Check it for
cracks or pinholes and replace, if necessary. Make sure to remove
the back panel and look inside where the drain hose connects to
the assembly. Take your time and follow it all the way to the end.
Sometimes tubs can develop small cracks. The tub will hold water
during the wash cycle but the pressure of spinning can cause leaking.
Leaks
during filling only-
Check the water downspout inside for cracks.
Check the vent tube, located near the inlet valve. These can crack.
Leaks
all the time-
Check inlet hoses for cracks and tighten all clamps
and fittings.
Try to isolate leak. Remove the washer's main panel (usually
in the back).
Water could be coming from the water pump or their could be a crack
in the tub.
If the leak is at the bottom of the tub, then the main seal is the
problem. Try tightening it, if possible. If not, call in a pro.
